Referrals and Hospital Appointments
Please be advised that our GP medical secretaries do not chase hospital referrals or appointment bookings on behalf of patients.
Once your GP has made a referral, responsibility for processing, scheduling, and managing that referral rests with the hospital or specialist service.
If you have concerns about waiting times, appointment dates, or have not yet received communication, you will need to contact the hospital or service provider directly using the details provided at the time of referral.
We appreciate your understanding, as this helps ensure our team can prioritise patient care within the practice.
