Receptionists
We have 9 part-time receptionists; they are the first point of contact within the surgery and will greet patients and visitors in a courteous manner and provide an effective and polite service. They will proactively communicate information between relevant patients, doctors and health professionals.
Administrators
There are 5 admin staff including 3 secretaries who provide secretarial services, registrations, managing online requests.
